The Mover identifies, on traditional websites (classifieds, etc.), one or a few apartments he is interested in. He would like to view them, but he has not arrived at destination yet...
Then, on FlatShaker website, the Mover chooses a Shaker, depending on his profile, the price he is asking for and the reviews he has received from his previous visits.
The Mover gets in touch with the Shaker. He fills in the visit card, which contains the details of the accommodation (url of the ad, address, contact details of the owner/agency, etc.), as well as his questions (specific points to check, etc.).
The Shaker calls the landlord/agency, checks that the property is still available, and makes an appointment for the visit. Then, he indicates the date and time on the visit card.
The Mover pays online to book his visit (the money will only be transfered to the Shaker after a successful confirmation that he did the job).
On the agreed date, the Shaker goes on site and visits the property (photos, videos, answers to the Mover's questions, etc.). Immediately thereafter, he confirms that the visit has been completed (a notification is sent to the Mover).
The Shaker then has 24 hours to upload the information (photos, videos, etc.) with a third-party service like WeTransfer, Dropbox (or any equivalent). He creates one or more download links and writes them down on the visit card. The Mover then receives a notification telling him that his download is ready.
The Mover downloads his documents (photos, videos, etc.), and then confirms that he got them all.
From now on, the Shaker can ask for his funds to be transfered.
Finally, the Mover gives a review to the Shaker (from 0 to 5 stars), depending on the quality of his service!
If the Mover is still interested in the property after his remote visit, he continues the process directly with the owner/agency. Should he want to visit other apartments, he can choose the same Shaker, or contact another one!
